Project Overview

Completed in 2023, this ground-up residential construction project demonstrates Fortified’s broader building capabilities.

Serving as general contractor and builder, Fortified coordinated the project through completion while remaining directly hands-on for approximately 80% of the build.

Construction Approach

Fortified’s work and management extended across the different stages required to turn the project into a completed residence.

Specialty subcontractors were used for plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and other trade-specific portions of the work.

Fortified remained responsible for overall project coordination and bringing the different construction stages together.
